For that matter, we weren't absolutely sure that reverse would actually be reverse (with a reduction gear and a max prop it get's confusing when you're setting it up) but all turned out well and the small boats got out of the way. 3 of the inflatables were there on purpose with competent friends in them in case we needed push boats.
